Spring is here!

Although we are experiencing an unprecedented situation, we hope that you are staying safe and healthy. As a company, we would like to share how we are addressing the current challenges so that we may continue to work with you in getting through this unexpected time.

Temporary Change to Office Hours

Out of an abundance of caution and in an attempt to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, our office is currently closed to the general public. Our office staff is still working to accept phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries Monday – Friday, 9 am – 3:30 pm. There are no Saturday hours at this time and we are not currently scheduling property showings.

Rental Payments

If you have lost your income due to the pandemic, please contact your property manager immediately to discuss your rental payment options. Communication is key during this time and your property manager can help facilitate an arrangement with your property owner.

If you have not already done so, we suggest that you set up your tenant portal to conveniently make your payments online without having to leave home. Feel free to contact us for assistance with setting up your tenant portal.

Work Order Requests

Currently we are only completing emergency and health/safety work orders. You may submit general repair requests but we ask for your patience as they are not considered a priority at this time. If a work order is completed at your home, we ask that you respect the distancing boundaries set in order to protect the safety of both you and the maintenance staff.
